清掃費（¥5,000）は１週間単位ですので、実質２泊以上、宿泊期間が長いほどお得に滞在していただけます。
5歳までのお子様で添寝に限り、お子様の代金は頂いておりません。 その場合５歳以下のお子様の人数は予約人数に入れずに、人数と年齢をコメント欄にご記入ください。 ＊寝具をご利用いただいた数で料金が発生します。

The cleaning fee (¥ 5,000) is on a weekly basis, so you can stay for 2 nights or more, and the longer you stay, the better price.
Bed sharing (futon) is free for children up to 5 years old. In that case, please do not include the number of children under 5 years old in the number of reservations, please enter the number and age in the comment column. * A fee will be charged depending on the number of futons used.

ハウスルール
- 夜間は近隣住民の迷惑となるため21:00以降はお静にしてください。
- 備え付けの食器や調味料、調理器具はご利用いただいて構いません。使用後は洗ってください。
- 室内は土足厳禁です。（土間を除く）
- 浴室は別棟になります。下着や水着姿のままの移動はお控え下さい。
- 建物及び備品等の損傷は修復代金をいただきます。
- ムカデや蜂にご注意ください。
- 鍵をなくされた場合は5,000円いただきます。
- 喫煙所は建物外にございます。
- 当宿にございますアンティークなモノに関しては塗装や造りなどが工業製品と比べ、繊細になります。お取扱いには充分ご注意下さいますようお願い致します。
- 当スケートパークは公共のスケートパークよりはるかに小さく、岩や木、花などもあり、一部大変危険な箇所もございます。宿泊者さま専用のプライベートパークになりますが、ご利用の際には完全自己責任にて、ご自身の滑走技術にあった滑りをして下さい。怪我などされましても当方では一切の責任を負いかねます。傷害保険などもご自身でご加入ください。（プロテクターやヘルメットの着用をお勧め致します。）
- スケートボードの滑走により、器物破損の場合には修理代など実費を頂きます。
- スケートパークご利用可能時間は9:00 – 18:00となります。近隣住民の方々のご迷惑となりますのでそれ以外の時間はご利用厳禁となります。
House Rules
- Check out time is 10 am.
- There is a kitchen and fridge for free to use. Cooking utensils and seasonings will be provided, please wash them after use.
- We have no bathrobe or Yukata for rent.
- Shoes off inside the house please.
- The bathroom is in a separate building. Please refrain from moving while wearing underwear or swimwear.
- Please Refrain from entering the main house.
- No smoking. A fine of ¥20,000 will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoking is encountered after guest checks out.
- We want all of our guests to be respectful of neighbors and to keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Please keep quiet from 9 pm to 8 am.
- The antique items in our inn are more delicate in painting and construction than industrial products. Please handle with care.
- This skate park is much smaller than a public skate park and has rocks, trees, flowers, etc., and some parts are very dangerous. Although this is a private park exclusively for guests, please skate at your own risk and suit your own skating skills. We will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained. Please also take out your own accident insurance. (We recommend wearing a protector and helmet.)
- If property is damaged due to skateboarding, actual costs such as repair costs will be charged.
- The skate park is available from 9:00 to 18:00. Please note that use at other times is strictly prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to nearby residents.

2023.8.22 内装や家具選びに細部までこだわりを感じる、素敵な空間でした。高島周辺には観光スポットが多く、白ひげ神社、箱館山、ピックランド、竹生島、とたくさん楽しめました。Yuさんには周辺の美味しいお店などもご紹介いただき、もう少しゆっくり滞在したかったです。高島エリアを訪問される方には非常におすすめの滞在先です。

2023.8.19 この度は素晴らしいお宿の提供を有難うございました。
エアビーを初めて利用し、お盆に家族4人で2泊滞在しました。
部屋は清潔で、トイレとお風呂も新しく、寝具も気持ちの良いものでした。
古いお家ですので利便性に劣る部分はもちろんありますが、家族でゆっくり過ごすという点では過不足なく気持ちの良い空間でした。
ホストの対応も適切で、お隣のお家にいらっしゃるので何かと安心でした。
ご用意いただいたパンとコーヒーが美味しく、いくらでも食べれました。（パンは思ったより大きく、大人二人で二日間で食べきりました。）
チェックイン時に宿の説明をしていただけたので安心して利用できました。
高島市を観光する際にはまた訪れたいお宿です。
